Do you offer new pet checks?
At Sandymount Vet Hospital we recommend all new pets are brought to see us, no matter how old they are. We like to see baby animals once a month until they’re six months old so we can monitor their growth, keep an eye out for potential problems and give them plenty of fuss. Once your new companion reaches six months old they will only need to see us once a year.
Do you carry out Neutering?
Neutering is a quick, relatively straightforward procedure to remove an animal’s sexual organs, making it impossible for them to breed. However, as well as eliminating the chance of any unexpected surprises, neutering has a number of other benefits too.
