All right ! Just because of fact they deleted two of my reviews made me mad and i just have to write another review which i'm going to place on many web sites as possible, because of hard fucking work, that's who i am. If you are a person who is willing to put in hard work to make everything good as possible, to stay overtime, to come back to work after your shift for some extra work for a minimum or low wage, then you should apply for a job asap ! I've spent 3 years and 4 months working there as a cnc setter/operator and i had started from 8.65 euro per hour despite that i had lot of experience on my back, they just didn't see an issue in that, ovetimes were paid the same and if you didn't work them, you would get fired. Imagine staying friday and saturday till late for 70 euro before tax ?? As a cnc machinist ?? Is that a joke ? I've worked on all cnc milling machines they had, also i spent lot of time on their biggest machine where we were machining plates up to three meters in length, so lot of money in game, well to the owner at least. After 3 years i've become a cnc team leader, but also i had to run up to three machines at the time and was forced to work overtimes.If company run out of orders you would get on lay off on couple of weeks unpaid. I was couple time on lay off and longest was 6 weeks unpaid. It's just a bad company which i would advise everyone in their best interest to avoid. If you are skilled cnc machinist, starting wage shouln't be under 15 euro and most important, workplace shouldn't feel like doing time in jail. If there are customers who are willing to work with a company where they pay their employees minimum wages while forcing them to work real hard despite of company doing really good, then u are same as they are, greedy assholes. I would give 0 stars, but that's not an option, so unfortunately i have to give one star. Josip Vukic
