A receptionist will take your call and all the details. Then the Vet will ring you back within 15 minutes at the most.
How does the emergency system work?
There is one veterinary surgeon on emergency call and he/she can only deal with one emergency at a time. he/she will return your call within 15 minutes at the very most to arrange to see your pet.
Do we do house calls?
No we cannot do house calls out of hours and the emergency vet will arrange to meet you at a vet clinic.
Is it the same vet clinic that is used every night?
No different clinics are used but they are all based in North Dublin.
