I was worried about the cost at first but these guys are worth it. They really are "holistic" - I've been given free dietary advice (supplements and changes to my diet) that has improved mood and my back, they give you a 10 min session with the physical therapist before most of your appointments to looseen the back before the cracking begins and ALWAYS make sure that your muscles are relaxed to prevent trauma unlike other chirpractors I've been to.
