Sells pets to you. Gives wrong advice on feeding and care numourous times. Fails to care the correct food for animals it has sold on their incorrect advice. Then refuses to take responsibility to locate the correct food.
then after I endure the cost of traveling to various other pet shops to source food, I give up, return the pet and Tina refuses to refund the initial cost of the pet. I do not recomend anyone buy a pet from here as I restate; 1: their advice regarding pets is regularly wrong. 2: No after sales service. 3: Customer Service in Nil.
