St Mels N.S could not be in a more tranquil village than Ardagh.
The Origins of St Mel located next to the original tiny cathederal.
A historical lesson before the children even start school.
The grounds are very well maintained as is the school.
Past pupils have accomplished good things in their lives, and a sense of value is taught within this school.
An excellent teaching staff who encourage future prospects from an early age.
As with many smaller country schools there use to be that " click " in this school too.
Though not so , or not as apparent in today's schooling.
Yes a definate school for the short list when considering you're child's education.

The schooling here will guide you're child's way's
Nurse them, and teach them right from wrong
