Hmm. Where do I start.. they never answer the phone, the queues are unreal and the staff have a tendency to disappear for 10 or 15 minutes whenever they feel like it, regardless of how many people are waiting to be seen. They seem to have very little understanding or awareness of issues that affect people who've to go to the council and will be very efficient if they've undercharged you, but if they overcharge you they're much more relaxed about the whole thing.
