Dear above reviewer, we have recently been informed of this review. we at the Pier Head Hotel welcome many people to the hotel and never have any comments or gestures been made towards any of our guests, Our Leisure Centre has never been closed due to lack of guests. Any guests staying in the hotel, no matter what number always recieve a full irish breakfast and never have any guests been left with no breakfast, Management are not aware of any person contacting them about any matter relating to this comment. and if so we would reply.
