I don't know what these other people are talking about - complete rubbish if you ask me ! Also judging by their writing style its the same person.
I have found this pet shop nothing other than fantastic and I use it all the time ! Yes, it doesn't look all tidy and neat like some of the superpetstores, but its more like going into an aladdins cave than anything else, and who cares about what it looks like when the service and prices are good.
The staff will bend over backwards in anyway they can. I often bring my dog in, which is welcomed with cuddles and treats. They are a family run business which is why I use them - they're not a huge corporation just out for the money. I always get a smile and hello from then, but then again I also smile when I go into them! If there is something they don't have, they always try and get it in for me.
I buy Burns dog food off them and its cheaper than my local vets. They also have a savers club which means if you buy every bag of dog food off them they give you a discount of the displayed price. Also their treats have massing savings on them if you buy more than one. I know there are brands they can't compete with on supermarket prices (like pedigree), but what small company could ?
I would recommend anyone who has or is thinking about a pet to go and take them a visit ! read more >>
hi bam bam, i had the same experience when i went to the store. i liked the product range they have but i found the man extremely rude too and i find that the products are very overpriced. i dont think i would go ago bacause the service was horrible i felt as though the man, maybe the owner, just didnt care if i wanted to buy anything there even though i was buying a lot of stuff. in future tho i will def go somewhere else. read more >>
i would not recommend this pet shop. i went in yesterday to buy dog food(which was 5 euro dearer there than anywhere else) and the woman serving me was extremely rude. it seemed like she didnt want to serve me, no hello thank you or goodbye and the man that was there was very arrogant and walked away from me when i asked him a question. This is not the first time i have been there and each time the owners were the same. Dont go there and buy ther're over-priced products, the customer service isnt any where worth the extra that you are charged. At the beggining of this i gave a star rating but i wouldnt even give one star. read more >>
