Bought a Mac here a few years ago and recently had a laptop keyboard replaced - on both occasions the service has been satisfactory. I'd agree that trying to get through on the number above is hit and miss. Call the alternative number mentioned below (1890 700 001). Also if this is your first computer your purchasing,I'd advise to to go to a local trader. They'll be more expensive generally like for like, but they'l be able to provide a 'holding your hand' service. read more >>

I always visualise that old Carl$berg add when calling these guys... imagine the phone ringing away in some dark and dusty room...
Still not managed to have my calls answered. Not once.
I even went through the 1890 700 001 number was patched through to Limerick store and guess what... Yep, visualise it :)

While chosing a PC to buy, the sales assistant walked away to do something else. Went down the road to Harvey Normans and spent €770 on new PC instead. Won't be back to rude PC world.
