I do like being an O2 customer, I have been for a good few years now. What first attracted me to change was some offer I can't even remember. I found their webtext so handy throughout college that I didn't dare change. I don't use the webtext so much anymore, although it is really handy.
Have recently rang their customer service over a lost phone, and when I eventually found their Irish landline number to ring(cause I couldn't phone the short 4 digit number as I didn't my phone) I found the staff helpful on the other end.
Although reception can be dodgy in some parts of Cork where i'm from, if I lived their permanently i'd have to change, but I don't so all is right with the world. read more >>
