Got a crepe in here and it was sublime! Reminded me of the Crepes that I got in Ios in Greece which were unreal. These were almost as good but still excellent none the less. Definately the best crepe I've had in DUblin for sure. read more >>

Not mad on the coffee here but the crepes are completely delicious! Seriously addictive. They're known for their sweet crepes but the savoury ones are pretty good too! Try the banana, nutella and nuts one...

I love this place! They do the best pancakes in the world. They even catered to my strange taste and made up a pancake that wasn't on the menu. I found the staff delightful and did everything they could to please the customer. read more >>

It's great service here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a good menu with a variety of tasty salads and quiches, and a good selection of coffee to suit all tastes. I've not tried any of the pastries in Lemon Jelly, but considering the other reviews I think I might have to run in tomorrow and try some!
Edit: Went back today for lunch and had a banana and ice cream crepe, the best pastry I've ever had. I was tempted to order a second one but relented. Kinda wish I didn't now! read more >>

The day I went, the staff weren't exactly jumping to take my order which is surprising given the current economic climate. I had to ask the waiter a few times and he had a bit of a nonchalant attitude. Nonetheless the crepes are ok if only they would put a good amount more of nutella in .... read more >>

Heading northwards across the Liffey the other night, feeling a bit peckish, so decided to drop into Lemon Jelly. It's a coffee shop come creperie really. Good range of bagels, pannino, omelettes and obviously being a crepe joint, lots of sweet and savoury crepes and galettes. The waitor who served our table was a really jovial guy, very polite and on the ball with the order.
On the recommendation of my friend I ordered the bagel filled with bacon, brie and mixed leaves; and a mocha. The order came really quickly, coffee was delicious and hot, the bagel was tasty. Slightly stingy on the side salad if I'm honest.
It's a very relaxed place, just to sit and unwind, so I was actually slightly disappointed that the food and drinks came so quickly.
Walls of windows mean that it's prime real estate for people watching (there's also a good number of tables outside for that purpose, but not ideal in December!).
I'd defo go back to Lemon Jelly, beats insomnia and those kinda souless places hands down. read more >>

Lemon Jelly do the yummiest crepes, both sweet and savoury but I go for the sweet every time. Try the banana, nutella and cream one, very decadent but delicious. They do great breakfasts too, like french toast, waffles, pastries etc... all very fattening but worth the calories! read more >>
