What a pointless service. No one answered first few calls then I got through.....unfortunately. Simple question from me "how do I get X replacement part". Answer from kid on line..."I dunno, you'd have to order it". Q2 from me "Ok, what's the cost, how long will it take, what do I need to give you?". Answer.."I couldn't tell you, I'd have to look up the internet....Ok sir?". Q3, "eh.., well can you do that then?" Answer.."No, you'll have to come in...ok sir?". Found the staff to be very helpful and competent when installing hands free kit. I had a book in time so staff levels did not affect my service and i would gladly recommend to a friend.

Not enough staff, and those that are there are halfwits. Go to a real bike shop with staff who are helpful and know their stock.
