I do like this cinema. Huge comfy seats, lots of underground parking, great selection of "eats", can even grab a beer, wine or coffee at not totally-rip-off-prices. We always avail of the corporate rate tickets, available through lots of corporate sports & social clubs in the city, it takes the sting out of the price big-time. Good staff too and very clean. read more >>

Love the eye cinema definitely the nicest cinema in Ireland that i've been to, comfortable seats and very clean. Staff are nice, prices for food are pretty typical of cinemas, ticket prices are also average. The luxury screen is also good but very expensive read more >>

One of my favourite cinema in Ireland. The student deal on a Tuesday (€4 before 8.30) coupled with the low-ish prices for popcorn etc (including sweet popcorn) makes this a great experience. Some of the screens dont have drinks holders but overall comfy seats and good quality screens. read more >>

This is quite and amazing cinema. Big glass windows is impressive from outside. Plenty of parking underground. Escalators, so don't have to use stairs! Shop has pick'n'mix, ice creams, popcorn, sweets, drinks etc. Tickets are expensive, and only good deals are ridiculous times, like offers on Tuesdays before 8pm for students-most students will not be free before then! read more >>

The only thing good about the cinema is the student prices on a Tuesday. That's it. I don't care much for the modern feel, it just feels cold and unwelcoming to me. I find the chairs uncomfortable... I always seems to get a creak in my neck no matter what way I sit. read more >>

Much nicer cinema than the omniplex. I like the layout immensely, but the queues are pretty bad at peak times. The staff are pretty nice and actually know the films pretty well. Also, their luxury screen is really cool, well worth it for a special occasion read more >>

Excellent cinema which offers much needed competition for the creaky old Omniplex. Has all the latest releases as well as doing it's best to get in some slightly more esoteric fare which is extremely welcome for Galway film buffs. read more >>

I LOVE this cinema. Always has the latest releases. They have opera screenings. A luxury screen which has very comfy leather chairs, a more secluded screening and private bathrooms. Would be ideal as a first date. Offers available during the week at reduced prices. Great selection of ice creams, sweets etc. Ben and Jerrys ice cream is also on sale here. The screens are very comfortable. Staff are pleasant to deal with and it is ran very well. Im a regular because its the best cinema in Galway!! read more >>

I really like this cinema, it is always new and clean while still retaining a certain warmth. As a student I enjoy their Ruby Tuesday deal whereby if you bring your student card you can see a movie for four euro before half eight, can't ask for better value than that! They show films here sometimes in their arthouse screen that you might not see in most other cinemas and occassionaly even have post screening discussions with people who had been involved in making the film! read more >>

Nice cinema not far from city centre. Student prices very good (€4 before 8.30 on a Tuesday). Food good prices and tasty too. Times for movies not always very frequent and screens small but good quality. Stay away (or book ahead) around premier times as always packed and usually sold out very quickly. read more >>
