Regularly miss collections, do not return calls, impossible to contact. Customer service quality is the worst I have ever encountered - give a wide berth!
Find another company.They regularly miss collections,they dont offer the things they say and worse they have been messing with mandates for the direct debit payment, DODGY company,Wiser are only a small bit dearer with a more profesional service AVOID read more >>
I have recently left this company after weeks of no service.I also had lots of callsunreturned, really upsetting trying to get this sorted,I cant take anymore of thier behaviour.
