VERY VERY BAD SERVICE STAFF ARE SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I WENT THERE SEVERAL TIMES OUT OF CONVENIENCE BUT COULD NT IN ALL HONESTY RECCOMMEND THEM AT ALL ALWAYS OVERBOOKED AND THEY NEVER TAKE YOU ON TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY RUN. ALSO GOT MY HAIR CUT THERE ONCE AND CRIED FOR ABOUT AN HOUR IT WAS SO BAD!! A BLOW DRY IS ALL I WOULD CHANCE AS OPENED ON SUN MORNINGS!!! EVEN AT THAT NOT GREAT !!! Had a wash, cut and blow dry in the salon. I was very pleased with the staff. They were friendly and professional. I was very pleased and I would definately recommend them to anyone.

My friend highly recommended the the Chocolate Hair Group to me so I decided to give it a go. From the moment I walked into the salon, I found the staff to be very friendly, professional and attended to all my needs. I am now a regular customer and can only highly recommend this salon. read more >>

Very poor standard. Wife made an appointment for Up-style for a wedding on Saturday morning 9.45am. Was taken at 10.00 to be told she was only booked in for wash and blow dry. could not do up-style as "the girl who does this is not in". hairdresser tried to phone up-stylist. at 10.42am girl started to wash hair etc and a girl who was there all the time, came and tried to do up style. Failure. Wife very upset. Had to go back to hotel room and try to salvage what she could. €30.00 down the drain. If you have time and money to throw away. Go here read more >>
