hi, i stayed in brookville house at the weekened and i was very impressed. Its a luxury guesthouse, Initially the directions i was given were spot on, good start, the guesthouse has adjacent bus stops so there is easy accessibility to the city and aviva stadium. The breakfast is very impressive and even the biggest eater wont leave hungry. They can take 56 people in total and the propreitors liam and dei are workaholics with the comfort of the guest paramount and every request is met.
My room is was small and with me being 6'3' i found the bed small but the room has lots of extras, a book to read, 20 tv channels, plenty teas and coffees and biscuits in your room, a small fridge, crockery, a microwave, bottle of water, the tv has dvd capability with a dvd library in the guestroom--i found my pillows a small bit hard.
Guests have free use of a sauna and hydrotherapy unit on site by appointment. Also guests have free landline calls to dublin landline numbers from their rooms
All in all i will be returning as a guest as i like what i was offered and while its not cheap the price you pay is all in with no extras and if u stay longer than 1 night they will negotiate on the price read more >>
