This is a really great takeaway although others here have already stated that it is expensive. That seems the norm for indians in general though to be honest and the food here is great so its worth it.

They have recently brought down their prices to what they were a few years ago, and cuts a lot off the bill! This is an absolutely amazing Indian takeaway, it's the real stuff. I would eat here every night only for the calorie count! You can also buy their products in some Spar and Supervalu shops, a smaller portion at a smaller price or just buy their sauces. read more >>
Go here on a regular enough basis. They have a fantastic take away menu, as well as a fridge full of reheatable meals that you can put in the freezer. The one thing i recommend trying is their naan bread, which is made by hand to order, you can see them doing it. Not cheap, but worth it. read more >>
Had some of the nicest takeaway from Clonskeagh, if not a little pricey. The chicken was so tender and the rice cooked to perfection. Would recommend any lamb dishes here also. The delivery time leaves a lot to be desired though, so be prepared to wait. read more >>
Bombay Pantry is now turning into a chain of restaurant takeaways. I have eaten in the Clonskeagh outlet. The food is gorgeous and def seems to contain fresh ingredients and spices. However it is a tad overpriced. Expect to pay between 15/20 euro each on food alone. For this fact, as a student, I only ate there once in a blue moon. Chicken Korma on the plate glass of yogurt on the side for the more spicy of dishes. read more >>
I love their butter chicken masala... erm... if thats how you spell it!
We have never had a bad meal here - really! the only thing I'd say is that they aint cheap but as I've said before - ya gets what ya pays for and here - ys gets quality!
dont bother with the Korma though, a bit dull, which suprised us! read more >>
I have but 3 words for you... all the rest are needless padding to take me over the 40 or so characters I have to type to publish this review....Butter Chicken Masala ... quite simply one of the best take-out meals you can get in the city.
It can be a bit hot, make sure you have a beer or two beside you (like you wouldn't have anyway!!!).
Highly recommended read more >>
One of the better Indian takeaways in my book. None of those trays of illuminous curry sauces with an inch of grease on top. Just good properly cooked food made with good ingredients.
They serve all the western favourites with a few more traditional dishes too. I recently tried their hot hot curry, the Goan Fire House Lamb, holy crap it was hot, but it actually had a really nice taste to it too.
Bombay Pantry also do a wee line in other retail prodcts, you can get rices and spices and they also have a chilled cabinet with some of their lovely sauces so you can buy, take it home and keep it in the fridge, invite some friends round and fool them into thinking you made your own curry! Nice one BP. In the words of Forrest Gump, that's all I have to say about that. read more >>
Best indian food I've had- The murg chutney is fabulous and the garlic naan is to die for. They're fast and deliver too! I used not be such a fan of indian food but this place changed my mind- Really enjoy their food! read more >>
This is one of the best places to grab your idian take away, my favourite here is the Korma Curry but everything here really is great. I always think it is better to call up to order and then drive down to collect the food as it should be ready by then, they have recently opened a new on in Rathfarnham so even handier for me read more >>
The best indian take away in rathmines! Really good quality food. Can't go wrong with chicken karahi or chicken saag. Kofta curry is a great veggie option! Only down side is that it can take ages for them to deliver - sometimes up to 1.5hours, but usually 40mins. read more >>
